- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Paid off an auto loan at First Financial Credit Union (formerly Chino Federal Credit Union) and this bank has yet to give me my title. It's been over six weeks. No late payments- this loan was actually paid off two years early. Every time I call to check on it, I am told to keep waiting. I will never do business with this bank again. Chino Federal Credit Union operated much more smoothly and efficiently. Ever since the switch to First Financial it has been a mess.By Courtney White, July 05, 2017
